Chris Locks In Not Guilty Plea

Chris Brown appeared in court for his 6 April arraignment to plead his innocence. On the two felony counts of aggravated assault and criminal threats related to his attack on girlfriend Rihanna, Chris said, “not guilty.”

What comes next is Chris’ legal team will work some behind the scenes magic with the district attorney in order to avoid a felony charge. However while Chris arrived to a crowd of screaming fans and paparazzi at the courthouse, Rihanna was a no show.

It is reported that Rihanna is with her family in Barbados and is said to be cooperating with the prosecution as a witness. According to her rep, Rihanna would prefer that this be resolved quickly so she can get back to her life.
