It seems quite a number of people have been suggesting that Beyonce might be adding on the pounds after she appeared in a glittery hip accentuating dress during the filming of her promo video for her I Am ... tour. Word is Beyonce is not happy with what's being said. (But, honestly, which self-respecting woman wants to hear people say she's fat!)
Hips don't lie
According to reports, Beyonce has slammed critics for suggesting she is struggling with a weight issue. A rep from Beyonce's camp says the star is fighting fit as she heads out on tour. “This is not a weight-gain issue. Beyonce is in the best shape of her life,” the rep told Usmagazine.com. “The exaggerated hips are a design element of a truly couture dress. Beyonce has always loved this dress.”
Well, Beyonce better say she loves the dress because that is just one of the 58 pieces Thierry Mugler had designed for her stage wardrobe for her tour. I don't think the fashion guru would accept refunds on his work!
