Katherine To Stay With Grey's

So much for all the talk about quitting. From the latest buzz, it seems Katherine Heigl has axed her plans to leave Grey's Anatomy. In a report by People, Katherine gushed about how being on the set was one of her 'favourite places' and humbly remarked who she's there for the show if the producers want her.


What a far cry from earlier reports where Katherine, at the height of her movie career, snubbed the Emmy Awards and bi***ed that her character in the show Izzie was not given substantial enough material.

Of course, in the People report, Katherine claimed the speculation she was quitting Grey's to focus on making films was untrue and that she will only be working on movie projects during her summer TV hiatus.“I’m more than happy to make that compromise,” she was quoted as saying.

Somehow I find that all pretty hard to believe. It would seem, with the global economic downturn, Katherine is just scrambling to stay where the money is!
